London Cribs Limited is currently the primary business within CIG (Cribs International Group). We are a residential property management and lettings company based in London but focusing primarily on Zones 1 to 4, that now manages close to 300 properties. Alongside our mother company we also run and manage a serviced apartment business based in Wimbledon with sites in Wimbledon, Marylebone, Clapham Junction,Victoria, and other prime locations offering short term high quality serviced accommodation.
Our business has also now expanded to Barcelona in Spain where we are actively acquiring new properties to develop, let and manage.
We have operated for more than three years in the UK and have worked with a number of high-profile landlords. We pride ourselves in our ability to adapt to the landlords requirements and take their properties on a long term guaranteed rent leases and and manage all aspects from lettings to maintenance.
