HOW IT WORKS
Our model works fantastically for Landlords who are looking to remove the hassle and pain of dealing with your typical high-street agents. We aim to differentiate ourselves by targeting the main issues that burden the modern day landlord:
Loss of income due to larger void periods while estate agents fumble around trying to make the most commission they can, dealing with tenants issues and queries, and managing all facets of the property from maintenance to utilities.
We look to take properties from Landlords without basing our income on a commission structure. We will do a very concise analysis of the property based on size, location and spec to ascertain what is the most profitable way to proceed with the property, (based of course on the Landlords preference) this would mean that we could either rent the property as a whole on a long term basis for 6-18 months, rent the rooms of the property individually to increase the income of the property to allow for our own profit to be achieved while still obtaining the market rent expected of the landlord, or in some cases, rent the property as a serviced apartment (night by night). We would then offer the landlord a monthly/ annual figure for the management of the property and be able to guarantee this price month in month out without there ever being a void period. Even in the event that the property is vacant, the landlord still receives their rent!
