London Cribs are unlike most high street estate agents. We act on behalf of the Landlord and are able to make decisions based on our own assessment of each situation therefore meaning we are able to be more flexible in all aspects of the letting process!

Firstly, London Cribs charges NO FEES for our services saving the average tenant anywhere from £300-£700 during the initial stage of find their new home.

We are able to tailor our contracts to suit your situation, whether you are looking to find a home to settle in for the next 2-3 years, a room to live in while you study for summer or someone who is just starting off on their first rental of a property, we can cater to your needs to help you find the perfect place for you.

Whether you are looking for a furnished or unfurnished property, would prefer a desk instead of a chest of drawers or would like to bring some of your own furniture and have the rest provided for you – We are able to use our range of various furnishings to help you to customize your new property to suit your needs.

Our team is on hand every day to try to provide the highest level of care to our tenants for any issues they may face. FAQ's

Do you charge any fee’s?

We at London Cribs do not believe in charging something for nothing! We don’t not charge our tenants any fees except for a £40 fee for referencing.

Where are your properties located?

London Cribs has over 350 properties located across London. The majority of our properties are based in South West London however we have numerous flats in all major locations between zones 1-4.

What happens to my deposit?

Dependant on the type of contract, the deposit is registered with the deposit protection scheme (DPS) or held by us, which generally means that the deposit is released as quickly as possible at the end of the tenancy.

What do I need to pay to move into a property?

All applications will have to pay a reference fee (£40 per reference).You will also be required to pay the first month’s rent and the deposit (4 weeks of rent) before the keys are released.

What do I need to provide to be able to pay rent on a monthly basis?

To pass our required criteria you will need to;

Pass a positive credit check
Have a positive employment or accountant reference
Have a positive previous landlord reference (if applicable)
Provide proof of ID - Provide National Insurance Number

Whomanages the property?

London Cribs will manage all the properties, we have our very own handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc that can deal with any issues that arise!
